Our Culture

In the Globmed family, we abide by six simple rules:

  1. Be Yourself. Don't go along to get along. We think independently and improve constantly.
  2. Be Healthy. Health is the real wealth. We choose to live healthy in body and mind.
  3. Be Happy. Real happiness lies within ourselves. We want to be surrounded by happy people with positive mindsets.
  4. Live by your principles. Integrity leads to principles, and principles lead to character. We achieve our goals by working with honesty and integrity.
  5. Don't waste. Resources are limited, and life is time plus energy. We operate with a lean mindset.
  6. Move fast. It's not anymore the big that eats the small, but the fast who eats the slow. We understand a dynamic market requires prompt solutions.

At Globmed, we have a task at hand to provide the best healthcare available to everyone. Our focus remains on that and not on society or media pressure to conform to a certain stereotype.

We think by ourselves.

Code of Practice

Time management: When you manage your time effectively, you work smarter. At GlobMed, we do not leave our problems for tomorrow. Instead, we aim to accomplish significant results in a short period of time, increase our productivity and keep our mental well-being in check.

Commitment:  Being committed involves seriousness of disposition, sincerity of decision and steadfastness towards its completion. Breaking it can easily damage integrity or reputation. At GlobMed, we encourage our team members to have consistent enthusiasm towards the task at hand. We all share a high sense of responsibility to complete our organisation's goals, mission, and vision.

Attitude: Maintaining the right mindset is what really matters. A positive attitude will improve the way people view you and make them more inclined to help you succeed. However, the most important reason to keep a positive attitude is that it can rub off everyone else. At GlobMed, we expect our team to encourage each other to work hard, stay focused and reach their goals! "Negativity has never lifted anyone".

Individuality: You are solely responsible for your actions. Your team is here to assist you, but do not expect others to take over your responsibilities. Although at GlobMed we support a collective approach, we also encourage individualism and accountability. We want to give you the freedom to explore ways to complete your tasks. What matters is that you get it done.

Ethical business practice: At Globmed, we ensure our team is ethically conscious and follows a strict code of conduct in the day-to-day running of the organisation. We respect autonomy, remain true to our clients and make sure all risks are communicated beforehand. All care provided by us is in our clients’ best interest. We expect our team to have the ability to distinguish right from wrong and to self-govern their actions.

Work-life balance: Life sometimes has its lows, which may negatively affect your well-being and challenge your focus at work. At GlobMed, we provide help and support to ensure that all our team members are happy and satisfied. Nevertheless, the success of our organisation is our priority, and our approach is aimed to maximise productivity and minimise procrastination. To do so, we also have to be strict when it comes to running our operations smoothly and getting the work done.

Transparency: Always be true to yourself and others, and do not be afraid to speak your mind. At GlobMed, we value our team members' opinions, and we want everyone to share mutual information and feedback.  At GlobMed, we also apply a zero-tolerance policy against dishonesty. We are all here to learn and improve. So we expect our team members to take accountability for their mistakes openly and honestly.

Communication: Poor communication leads to unnecessary tension and anxiety. Maintaining effective communication across our team leads to a common purpose among members that will allow us to reach our goals. At GlobMed, we encourage friendly communication to develop a sense of belonging and strengthen relationships within the organisation.

Reliability: “The quality of being trustworthy or of performing consistently well”. As the first Global Healthcare Manager, we are here to help millions of people by addressing and tackling huge healthcare system failures. We expect all our team members to be reliable and demonstrate commitment; no shows or late comebacks are not acceptable.

The big picture: Our main goal is to improve healthcare and guarantee affordability over simply converting sales. At GlobMed, we hold a big responsibility, and we need to show respect and care for each individual who walks into our building. Importantly, let’s also not forget to have fun, support each other, and grow individually and as a team.
